Technical theatre certificate 

Rigging:

Today we went into the theatre and all the Riggs was at shoulder level, with a bunch of different lights. such as: Fresnel's, profiles, flood battens, parcens, LED lights ( which are not very  practical). Finally moving lights.

Health and safety instructions:

1. But you will all fire exit on the colleges fire safety drill   
2.    Report any accidents  immediately  to a member of staff.  
3.   Be careful with the use of flammables in performance ( candles matches et.)
4.  No eating, drinking or smoking in the future any time .
5.  Dressing room is most kept clean and free of clutter. All personal items must be left in your locker or at home.  The department will not except responsibility for any lost personal items. 
6. No running at any times, unless it is part of the performance. 
7.   Behave responsibly at all times, keeping in mind the health and safety of your fellow performers. 

Practical

During the practical we rigged and unrigged lights. The process of this is turning the Bolt on the light to secure it but before we secure the ball on the light we have to attach the safety chain. we also learnt to climb up and down the trap door. leant about the different lights and the uses for all of them and why they are all irrelevant.
